Return Policy

You deserve to be happy! If you’re not 100% in love with your Alisn Lee handbag, you can return or exchange your bag within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure that your handbag is unused and in its original condition, with hangtag attached and in the dust bag. When we receive your handbag, we’ll confirm receipt and notify you via email submitted. For more information on our return policy, please email [email protected]

Quality Assurance

All of our handmade bags are made in small, limited batches (Kaylee is made-to-order) and no two bags are made 100% identical. Each bag is unique, just like you. These slight variations in measurements are minor and are not considered defects.

Because leather is a natural product, it will vary in texture and dyes. Natural markings and wrinkles on the leather are not considered defects. Some of our bespoke bags have natural wrinkles, especially on the curved side. We embrace all of our wrinkles.

Some variations in actual color may occur due to differences in personal devices color settings used to view this website. While we can’t vouch for your settings, we can vouch for the quality of the materials.

We personally inspect each handmade bag before they leave our hands and make it to yours, to ensure the best quality possible.

Customer Care

Like a fine bottle of wine, leather ages with time so it’s best to keep your Alisn Lee handbag stored away from the sun or bright lights. We recommend keeping your handbag in the dust bag and stored away from natural light, such as in a closet. Bring your bag out when you’re ready to dazzle a room.

When cleaning python lambskin, please use a special cleaner with a soft cloth. Be gentle with the bag when cleaning, handle with love and care. Don’t put anything sticky such as tape on your lambskin bag. Sticky residues will damage your lambskin, and you don’t want that!

Shipping

Free shipping within the continental United States.  Your order will be fulfilled within 7 to 12 days from order date. We ship with UPS and DO NOT deliver to PO Box.

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipper should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
